Jennifer is a Raleigh native, mother of three, and has been married to her husband Ian for over 25 years. Having grown up in the Triangle area, she is passionate about sharing her deep knowledge of the city and surrounding communities.

She is the Broker In Charge and Owner of The Zech Group. Jennifer’s background includes experience in commercial real estate appraisal, having worked with two prominent commercial real estate firms in the region. Her professional insight and familiarity with the market make her a trusted guide for both buyers and sellers.

When she’s not working with clients, Jennifer enjoys walking her dogs, reading, and spending time at the beach. A proud graduate of UNC Wilmington, she frequently makes quick trips to Wilmington and is a dedicated supporter of the East Carolina University Pirates, where she earned her MBA.
